Exceptional service, the breakfast is savoury. Cute view, a cosy balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Handy location, 10 minutes' walk to grand opera house.
-
I loved every detail about my exceptional stay here during 1 night. The staff was just average and were more than helpful with every need. The room was well priced, and splendid, with tea/coffee and good Internet I needed. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was unbelievable.
The bathroom I had was rust.

We liked this hotel, it was homey and neat. We had a wonderful stay here, everything was so perfect. Room was cosy and complete with a bathtub.
-
Picturesque location to Titanic Belfast Museum. Staff are consistently courteous and I loved their attitude.
-
Very neat room, perfect location and staff were awesome. Shops and the markets close to the hotel. Thanks again to receptionist, you rock!
-
of course, we recommend it to all. amazing stuff, free breakfast, perfect for nightlife. we where changed to a junior suite on arrival, great bonus. liked customer service too. truly enjoyed their on-site restaurant the gasworks, it was good.
-
Excellent location, not far from city centre and access to great pub just the road. The bathroom was extremely clean, a free drink
-
Recommend this place to everyone. The venue is very clean, the staff is loyal! We really enjoyed our coffee with goodies at Cafe Cuan.
-
Hotel was spotless and car parking was available. It was close to shops, the breakfast was good value for money.
-
Parking is secure and not expensive. Breakfast is served early if you need it. Bar service was courteous and prices not unreaasonable. Access to city centre on foot is convenient.
Public areas are now looking tired and refurbishment is needed since new hotels in Belfast (e.g. Grand Central) will provide more competition.
-
Good staff at receptio.we arrived at 11 A.m and they made us early check in. Good location, nice big room with all facilities.
Restaraunt doesnt work on Sundays. Staff in the bar have problems with ears. We ve been ordered rwo sirloins and got only one. I ve been hungry and really dissappointed.
-
the room was very nice staff were good and breakfast was excellent
-
Excellent room decor in keeping with the Radisson, Scandinavian based brand. We also had an interesting and attractive view over the water feature. We thought that the Restaurant was well presented with a good, reasonably priced Italian menu and the portions were acceptable, though too much emphasis on "sides" We found all of the Staff to be really helpful with plenty of advice for visitors from across the Irish Sea.
This is a first class Hotel, no adverse comments from us.
